END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY TO THE END:

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and Studhab Optimum Services ("we" or "us") for the use of our quiz, learning, and social networking app ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

GRANT OF LICENSE:

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE:

You agree not to:

1. Copy or modify the App: Except as authorized by us in writing, you may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part thereof.

2. Distribute or sublicense the App: You may not distribute, sublicense, or assign the App or any part thereof to any third party.

3. Use the App for commercial purposes: You may not use the App for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, reselling, or exploiting the App or any part thereof for any commercial gain.

4. Interfere with the App's functionality: You may not interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App, including but not limited to hacking, cracking, or circumventing any security measures.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

The App, including all content, graphics, and logos, is our property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree to respect our intellectual property rights and those of our licensors.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT:

You are responsible for any user-generated content you create, share, or upload using the App. You agree that we may use, modify, and distribute such content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

DATA COLLECTION AND USE:

We may collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

TERMINATION:

We may terminate this EULA and your use of the App at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete any copies of the App from your devices.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of the App.

GOVERNING LAW:

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Corporate Affairs Commission.

CHANGES TO THIS EULA:

We may update this EULA from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA.

 ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:

Introduction:

At Studhab, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior, and we will take swift and decisive action against any user who violates this policy.

Objectionable Content:

We prohibit the posting, sharing, or transmission of any content that is:

- Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

- Harassment: Content that is intended to bully, intimidate, or harass other users, including but not limited to threats, insults, and personal attacks.

- Explicit or graphic content: Content that is explicit, graphic, or disturbing, including but not limited to images, videos, or descriptions of violence, gore, or explicit sexual activity.

- Spam or self-promotion: Content that is intended to promote or advertise a product, service, or website, or to solicit other users for personal gain.

Abusive Behavior:

We prohibit any behavior that is intended to harm, harass, or intimidate other users, including but not limited to:

- Trolling: Posting inflammatory or provocative content with the intention of provoking a reaction from other users.

- Cyberbullying: Using the app to bully, intimidate, or harass other users.

- Griefing: Engaging in behavior that is intended to disrupt or ruin the experience of other users.

Consequences of Violation:

Any user who violates this policy will face consequences, including but not limited to:

- Warning: A warning from our moderators, which may include a temporary suspension of account privileges.

- Temporary ban: A temporary ban from the app, which may last for a period of days or weeks.

- Permanent ban: A permanent ban from the app, which will result in the deletion of the user's account and all associated data.

Reporting Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior:

If you encounter any objectionable content or abusive behavior while using the app, please report it to our moderators immediately. You can report content or behavior by:

- Using the in-app reporting tool: Tap the report button next to the offending content or user.

- Contacting our support team: Email our support team at studhabapp@gmail.com with a description of the objectionable content or abusive behavior.
